The Gymnast

She dances though the world with grace

And never will she find

A more supportive and loving face

Then this old face of mine.

She tumbles through the world with passion

But ever should she fall

Or be mistreated in any fashion

She wouldn’t even need to call

For I’ll be there within the shadows

Waiting for her slightest need

There to soothe away her woes

With compassion, any deed.
