The Butterfly

Dancing ‘mong the flowers

Delicate wings with gentle touch

While she might dance for hours

For weaker hearts it’d be too much

And so she lightly flutters

From dew kissed grass unto the sky

The slightest whispers she softly utters

With a grace none can deny

With bright hues so brilliantly highlighted

Full of wisdom and calm style

One can only be delighted

Just to stop and stay a while.
